Open WebUI v0.12.5 Released with Enhanced Note and Analytics Features
Open WebUI v0.12.5 has been released, adding analytics for administrators to view chat details, a multi-page note system, and live presence features in notes.
Open WebUI v0.12.5 has been released. Administrators can now use the Sessions tab in Admin Analytics to view a list of each chat including its tokens, responses, errors, and time span, provided that "ENABLE_ADMIN_CHAT_ACCESS" is on. This analytics session explorer allows filtering by search, model, token range, or sub-agents, and displays saved replies and tool calls with their timing and outcome.
Note features have been updated to support multiple pages and subpages, which can be added, renamed, reordered, moved, downloaded, linked, or deleted. Search results and the model now operate on a page-by-page basis. Additionally, live presence in notes shows who else has a note open, allowing users to jump to their specific page and spot. Other updates include the ability to rename chats directly from the chat menu, saving generated or edited images to the working folder when a terminal is selected in a chat, and showing chat files in models.
