How we verify the news
AI Tsushin has no correspondents: we gather and summarize official announcements and specialist coverage and check them with automatic filters. Here is what we do, and what we do not do.

Only from this list of sources, never from social media or forums:

2. What we check before publishing
- That it is about AI.
- That it is not hype and is a fact, not a rumor or opinion, assessed by a classification model (LAYA).
- Sources: one trusted official or specialist source is enough for some feeds; otherwise we require two different outlets. Single-source stories are labeled.
- AI writing, using only what the sources say. A second AI step looks for any detail not in the sources, and we check that every proper name and number appears in them.
- Japanese/English consistency: AI compares the Japanese and English versions to make sure they say the same thing.
- Stories translated from Japanese: we also compare against the Japanese original and show the original headline.
3. What we do with doubtful items
If a check fails, the story is not published or goes to review by a person.
4. Transparency on every story
- Link to the original source and the list of outlets reporting it.
- Labels for automatic translation, single source and trend data (public numbers such as downloads).
- No photos: thumbnails are generated.
5. Our limits
We do not manually review every story. AI can make mistakes, especially with translation, proper names and nuance, and summaries may omit context. If something looks wrong, open the original and tell us with the "Report an error" button. We record corrections on the corrections page.
